Acquisition of new Customers
Negotiating customer requirements and order finalization
Product Understanding-
Deep understanding of the company's products or services, including their technical features, functionalities, and competitive advantages.
Product Technical Knowledge
Technical Knowledge on Automation, such as PLC, Drives & Scada Systems
Market Analysis
Conducting market research to understand Industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Presales Sales Support
Collaborating with the Pre sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, customer meetings, and proof-of-concept implementations.�
Customer Feedback Loop
Gathering feedback from customers ,Pre sales teams to identify product improvements, new feature requests, and market opportunities.
Competitive Analysis
Monitoring and analyzing competitor products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and differentiation opportunities.
