Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Specialties - Chennai/Bangalore
Job Responsibility
• The candidate will be responsible for selling specialty chemicals/additives to industry like Master batch PVC/CPVC processing Wire & Cable, Engineering Compounding and other Plastic Processing industry.
• The candidate will be responsible for growth of sales and profitability of existing sales & new customer developments and will be responsible for South Region.
• Candidate will also be responsible for mining out market information, through regular customer interactions, educating customers about specific product lines and closing business and maintaining such accounts.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
• Develop information by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
• Maintain proficiency in updating, tracking and submitting reports to Sales Manager.
• Adept at maintaining and updating customer data and feedback on a real time basis in Microsoft Dynamics software and has the ability to discuss commercial matters if need be.
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team.
• Should be willing to travel to meet customer for new projects, building relationship, understand needs and solve queries. Travel will be limited and need based.

Qualification: Candidate with Bacholer’s Degree / Diploma in Chemical or Polymer as academic qualification.
