Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate - Noida
Job Responsibility
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the land sector.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
5. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
9. Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Skills:
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.

3. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively.
4. Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
5. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
