Job Description:
The BPO Executive in Student Services at Boston Institute of Analytics is a key member of the team responsible for outbound calls to prospective students. This role is also responsible for coordinating student admissions, fee collection, training schedules, academic calendars, and related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional support to students throughout their journey.
